Engineer: 2 years experience in computing related held. Primary responsibility is installation and technical support for our customer sites. Responsible for major account technical support and testing of our product line. Performs system installations including: configuring server systems, loading software, configuring our software, and providing systems administration and end-user training. Maintains the Headquarters office demonstration system, and associated hardware, including: Sun server, PC and Mac workstations, Appleshare system. Mail server, dial-up TCP/IP connectivity. This position is based at Blueridge Headquarters in Flint Hill. VA. with travel required to perform systems installation.
1 On Site Systems Admf«i«^™.»or/Bnginecr: Minimum 2 years experience in computing related field. Requires understanding of computing fundaments including operating systems, relational databases, and networking. This position requires some system administration skills, some system analyst skills, UNIX scripting, and some programming skills. Must be familiar with the sun/Solaris operating system, and should know how to setup and configure hardware. Should have exposure to structured Query Language (SQL) and ideally familiar with Oracle. Should have familiarity with windows or Macintosh workstations, and a willingness to learn the other platform. This position is based at Blueridge Headquarters in Flint Hill, VA. however, at some time in the future this system may be moved to Warrenton, Manassas or closer to the Tysons Comer area.
