BOARD OF ZONING APPEALS RAPPAHANNOCK COUNTY, VIRGINIA PURSUANT to Section 170-129 ot the Rappahannock County Code and Section 15.2-2204 of the 1950 Code of Virginia, as amended, notice is hereby given that the Board of Zoning Appeals for Rappahannock County, Virginia, will hold a public hearing on Thursday, Dec. 17, 1998 at seven-thirty in the evening in the Courthouse in Washington, Virginia, in order to consider the following application:
SU #98-11-02 Sunnyside Farms, LLC, owner, Kathleen Maier dba Dreamtime Center for Herbal Studies, applicant, desire a Special Use permit to use a tenant house on Tax Map 20, Parcel 6F (50 00 acres, zoned Agricultural and Conservation, in Hampton District) for eleven (11) weekends (Friday through Sunday) from March to November 1999 for classes of less than 25 students.
