Havura Ktana to meet
Havura Ktana will meet on Sunday, Dec. 20 at 1:30 p.m. at the home of Marcia and Mervyn Jeffries, 110 Strother Lane, Washington. Dr. Mervyn Jeffries, part-time resident of Rappahannock County, will speak of his experiences growing up as a member of the vibrant Jewish community of Dublin, Ireland, in the 1930s, 40s and early 50s.
