meeting slated
An important organizational meeting for the 1999 Trash Free Rappahannock (TFR) clean up drive will be held in the Sperryville Rescue Squad Building (near Appetite Repair Shop) on Sunday, Jan. 31 from 2 to 4 p.m. Plans will be discussed for this year’s program, which is scheduled to run from March 1 to April 15, and will include a $1,000 first prize for the most bags collected! Volunteers are needed to help with this “everybody wins” community effort. Call Hunt Harris at 987-3366 for information.
