Rapidan Better Housing Corporation, a non-profit housing corporation, announces its 1999 Indoor Plumbing /Rehabilitation Loan Program.
Rappahannock Better Housing is administering the program in Madison, Orange, Culpeper and Rappahannock Counties. The program is funded through the Virginia Department of Housing and Community Development.
The program offers zerointerest loans combined with grants to assist occupant homeowners to install firsttime indoor plumbing, and other repairs, into their homes. In extreme cases, a replacement home may be built. Eligible applicants must meet income limits and have clear title to their property. Program funds are limited.
