IT APPEARING that a report of the accounts of Douglas K. Baumgardner, Co-Administrator C.T.A. of the Estate of Maiie Tarpey, deceased, and of the debts and demands against her estate has been filed in the Clerk’s Office, and that six months have elapsed since the qualification, on motion of Douglas K. Baumgardner, Co-Administrator C.T.A. it is
ORDERED, in accordance with Section 64.1-179 of the Code of Virginia, 1950 (as amended), that this Order be published once a week for two successive weeks in the Rappahannock News, a newspaper of general circulation in Rappahannock County and that the creditors of, and all others interested in, the estate do show cause, if any they can, on the 8th day of March, 1999 at 10:00 AM before this Court at its courtroom at the Courthouse in Washington, Rappahannock County, Virginia, against the payment and delivery of the Estate of Marie Tarpey, deceased, to the distributees and legatees, without requiring refunding bonds.
