BOARD OF SUPERVISORS RAPPAHANNOCK COUNTY, VIRGINIA PURSUANT to Section 170-129 of the Rappahannock County Code and Section 15.2-2204 of the 1950 Code of Virginia, as amended, notice is hereby given that the Board of Supervisors for Rappahannock County, Virginia, will hold a public hearing on Monday, October 2, 2000 at 7:00 PM in the Courthouse in Washington, Virginia, in order to consider the following application: SE *00-08-02 John G. and Margaret A. Wiese, owners of 4.80 acres on Viewtown Road (Tax Map 43, Parcel 11, Jackson District, zoned “A'-Agricuitural), formerly known as The Viewtown Store, desire a Special Exception permit for the former store to be occupied as a church facility housing The New Harvest Christian Fellowship. Use allowed under Section 170-36H of the Rappahannock County Code: additional standards under Section 170-69B of the Code.
