Three persons passing through Rappahannock County early on the morning of Sept. 3 were arrested on alcohol-related charges after their vehicle was stopped on Rt. 522 near Huntly. *' Rappahannock Sheriffs Office Dep. Mark Currence noticed suspicious "driving behavior," and pulled over the 1987 Jeep Cherokee driven by Justin Cordrey, 27, of Hume.
