delivered the commencement address. Steve Clark, ABE/GED instructor in Culpeper and Orange County, gave the closing remarks. Freida Willey presented each graduate with a long stemmed red rose to celebrate the occasion.
Agnes Puryear and Madison Garden Club shared their floral creations for the stage and the reception. Farmer Jack, Food Lion and Walmart, of Culpeper, contributed generously to the reception following graduation.
I sincerely thank everyone for making Aug. 30th an evening for the graduates to remember.
