Tim and Joyce Wilson of Philippi, W.Va. would like to announce the engagement and forthcoming wedding of their daughter, Emily Dorcas Wilson to Adam Starks of Amissville.
Miss Wilson is a 1998 graduate of Philip Barbour High School and is currently enrolled at Blue Ridge Community College. She will graduate in May 2003 with her associate’s degree in Nursing. She works as a Certified Nursing Assistant at Virginia Mennonite Retirement Community.
