Rappahannock News Pholo/Barbara C. Wayland ' The Flint Hill Volunteer Fire Department and Rescue Squad held its annual carnival last week. Attendance was good each evening and as always the parade was well attended and enjoyed by all. Rides were appealing to youngsters and others enjoyed reminiscing.
