Legal Notices TOWN COUNCIL TOWN OF WASHINGTON, VIRGINIA PURSUANT to Section 9-1-1 of the Town of Washington Zoning Ordinance and Section 15.2.2204 of the 1950 Code of Virginia, as amended, notice is hereby given that the Town Council of Washington, Virginia, will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, July 10, 2002 at 7:30 pm in the Town Hall on Gay and Calvert Streets in Washington, Virginia, in order the following application to amend the Zoning Ordinance and Combined Ordinance Definitions: TW ZA #02-05-02 Mary Ann Kuhn desires to amend the Town of Washington Zoning Ordinance and Combined Ordinance Definitions to create a new Special Use Permit category of “Bed and Breakfast Inn”, which would allow overnight accommodations, dining, and catering uses. A complete copy of the text is available for inspection at the Zoning Administrator's Office. Amendment allowed under Section 9-1-1 of the Town of Washington Zoning Ordinance. A COPY of the foregoing application is on file at the Zoning Office in Washington, Virginia, and is available for public inspection, Monday through Friday, 8:30 am to 4:30 pm. Said application will be presented to the Town of Washington Planning Commission at their regular meeting on Monday, June 24, 2002 at seven-thirty in the evening at the Town Hall in Washington, Virginia for such recommendation as the Commission may wish to make pursuant to Section 9-1-4, if any.
