The Inn
celebrates
The Inn at Little Washington opened for business on Jan. 28, 1978 with no liquor license, insufficient electrical power, an outhouse and a staff of three.
Twenty-five years later, the January 2003 issue of Saveur magazine calls it “the nearest thing to a Michelin three-star restaurant this side of the Atlantic.”
The Inn will celebrate its 25th anniversary on Jan. 28 and 29 with each night’s dinner at $1,978 per couple, inclusive of wines and gratuities. The celebration will benefit Share Our Strength, one of the nation’s leading anti-hunger organizations.
Each evening’s festivities will begin with a cocktail reception in The Inn’s magnificent, baronial kitchen followed by a ten course retrospective dinner featuring outstanding wines from the last quarter century.
Reservations may be made by calling (540) 675-3800. The amount of $1,498 may be considered a tax-deductible donation to Share Our Strength.
