It was truly encouraging to
see at last week’s Washington Tbwn Council meeting that we, at long last, have a sitting council consisting of a majority of members who are willing and able to think for themselves, are open to new possibilities and are prepared to stand up for their beliefs and be publicly counted in their own right.
These particular council members astutely handled the so obviously orchestrated efforts of the proponents of the limited, but fearfully short sighted Wastewater Solution
