Field Operations Specialist Loudoun County Government Five positions in the Engineering Division of Building and Development will implement field quality control, code enforcement and engineering plan review functions to support the County's erosion and sediment control program. Requires ability to review construction plans ana profiles and site plans. These are field positions working with developers. Requires any combination of education and experience equivalent to a BS degree in Civil Engineering or related field and at least 6 months related experience. Experience with Virginia erosion and sediment control practices and regulations is preferred. Must have or obtain Certification as Erosion and Sediment Control Inspector within one year of employment and Plans Reviewer by the State of Virginia within two years of employment.
