Charles Oscar Dodson, 68, of Sperryville, died on March 5 at his residence.
Mr. Dodson was a selfemployed tree surgeon.
He is survived by his wife, Julia Frances Dodson of Sperryville, three daughters, Sandra Jenkins, Joyce Woodward and Brenda Woodward, a son Charles O. “Chuck” Dodson, Jr., and a sister, Virginia Mae Grayson all of Madison. v
Additional survivors include 10 grandchildren, and 10 greatgrandchildren.
He was preceded in death by a brother, William P. Dodson.
A funeral service was held on March 8. Interment was at Etlan Cemetery.
