to be held April 26 A Country Festival featuring the works of local artists and crafts persons will be held on Saturday, April 26 from 1 to 4 p.m. at the Flint Hill Fire Department grounds. Shown here are the works of some of the artists who will have booths. The festival begins after the 25th running of the Fodderstack 10K race. Artists in all media are invited to apply for a booth and show their wares. Applications must be in by March 29 for those interested in having a booth. A number of local artists already have signed up for booths including Jeanne Drevas, Geneva Welch, Steven Kenny, Merrill Strange, Anne Richards, Timothy Brown, Little Egypt Farm and Steve Berry. The festival is sponsored by the Flint Hill Volunteer Fire and Rescue Company. There will be a live Bluegrass music and good food.
