The Sperryville Volunteer Rescue Squad’s annual Miss Rappahannock Pageant will be held on March 29 at 6 p.m. at the Rappahannock County Elementary School auditorium.

Registration will be held at 2 p.m. on Sunday March 23, with a rehearsal beginning at 2:30 p.m.

This is a major fund raising activity for the Sperryville Volunteer Rescue Squad.

The pageant is open to all single female residents of Rappahannock county and /or those who attend Rappahannock County Schools up to age 19, in the following categories: Baby Miss ( up to 23 months), Tiny Tbt Miss Rappahannock (ages 2 to 4), Wee Miss Rappahannock (ages 5 to 7), little Miss Rappahannock (ages 8 to 11), Little Mister (ages 2 to 6), and Miss Rappahannock 2003 (ages 16-19). There will also be a Sisters and Mother/ Daughter category. A new category added this year is “Friends”.

All judges will be non-residents of Rappahannock County. Judges’ decisions are final.
