This summer, Atfantic Coast Airlines becomes Independence Air. W»'re going to moke our Washington Dulles (Loudoun County, Virginia) home base the largest low-lore hub in the US. That's big news. For our customers. And for the people who join us. fa ensure safety and performance reliability of our ground equipment for our customers and crew, we seek experienced Mechanics to join our Ground Support Equipment team. Ws currently utilize over 260 motorized vehicles and 220 carts to support our operations - and the number will continue to grow as we add daily departures to our schedule. We also seek an experienced Manager to oversee the activity and scheduling of our Ground Maintenance Department.

and groat banofitsl Fu#- & Part-time, Shift Work These positions require skilled hands and quick problem-solving ability, as well as the know-how to diagnose malfunctions and make repairs both on the rarrqs and in the shop. You must be able to read and understand blueprints and wiring diagrams, as we® as written and oral directions to work with gas and diesel engines, suspension, brakes, steering and electrical systems. Basic working knowledge of gas/diesel ground equipment is required. Formal training or certification is preferred, but not required. A HS diploma and the ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays, lift 75 tss and work outside in all weather conditions are required. A current Driver's license is also required These positions involve travel to our outstations, as needed, to perform general maintenance and repairs.

GSE Mortogw You will maintain the reliability of our 600-piece ground support fleet by ensuring that all ground service equipment repairs, both scheduled and unscneduled, ore handled in a timely manner at both our Dulles hub and outstations. This requires maintaining an accurate and reliable datobose far maintenance and tracking of vehicle inventories, managing and scheduling mechanics and motor pool personnel, maintaining a secure parts area, and authorizing ond tracking purchase requisitions. You will also maintain the GSE budget and outside ven- ■ dors, and perform other administrative functions necessary to ensure smooth operations. This position requires 4+ years of experience in a similar function and excellent PC/database skills A college degree is preferred, but not required. Previous supervisory experience is a must.
