Our elected officials have earned the constant praise of the vast majority of Rappahannockers, who recognize the benefits our planners and supervisors^ wisely provided by enacting a progressive Comprehensive Plan and zoning ordinances more restrictive than those of our neighbors. Those ordinances so far have prevented the Fairfaxification of Rappahannock County Our friends in Prince William, Culpeper, and even Fauquier have not been so fortunate.
