Attention Former Clients of Rappahannock-Rapidan Community Sen/ices Board and Area Agency on Aging (RRCSB-AAA) Behavioral Healthcare of Rappahannock-Rapidan (formerly including Family Guidance Services of Culpeper, Fauquier, Madison, Orange, and Rappahannock) and Boxwood Treatment Center,
RRCSB-AAA intends to destroy clinical records of former clients who have not yet received services from RRCSB-AAA in the past nine (9) years (specifically, cases which closed between October 1997 and January 2000).
