Hospice of the Rapidan will commemorate National Healthcare Decisions Day on Thursday, April 16 with a free seminar and luncheon open to the public. The luncheon will be held from 11:30 a.m., to 1:30 p.m., at the Warrenton-Fauquier Visitor Center, 33 North Calhoun Street.
