The Castleton Volunteer Fire and Rescue Department will be holding a benefit concert on March 22,2-4 p.m., at the Fire Hall, 593 Castleton View Road, in Castleton. Amissville Family Gospel (Janet Hitt, Craig Wilson, Ron Dodson, Arthur Garrison and Barry Jolliffe) will perform and light refreshments will be served.
' Although there is no charge to attend, the Fire Department will take donations to use for updating older equipment, repairs and upkeep of the fire hall, and general expenses. Presently, the old tanker truck is in the shop being repaired. Its upkeep is continuously costing money. If enough money is raised, they can purchase a new tanker truck.
