was estimated on foot. The baby beef produced by Bobby Atkins weighed 820 pounds and was estimated to dress 62.5 per cent or 612.5 lbs. in the carcass. After it was trucked back here and then to Shen-Valley, the liveweight was 785 lbs., the actual dressing percentage 64.75 per cent or 508.3 lbs. . . . thus, Mr. McClaugherty and company were off only 4.2 lbs. and no allowance was made for liver, brains (I mean the calves) or, tongue. All of which are good eating on anyone’s table. Congratulations Mr. McClaugherty — we feel you and your three helpers are on the ball, and know your business.
