Mr. and Mrs. timer Jenkins of Amissville, were in Bethesda, Md., Sunday to see Mr. Charlie Latham, who is a patient at the Bethesda Naval Hospital.

Mrs. E. R. Browning was hostess to the missionary circle of the Presbyterian church of Front Royal, at her home in Flint Hill Tuesday afternoon.

Mrs. Charlie Compton is a patient in the Memorial Hospital, Winchester, for treatment, daughter spent the past week daughter, spent last week week end with their daughter and sonin-law, Mr. and M s. Schwartz, near Falls Church.

Mr. and Mrs. Charles D. Burroughs have moved from their home in Amissville to Culpeper.

Around midnight Saturday a car turned over in front of Hackley's Store at Amissville. Three of the five occupants were taken to a hospital, but reports indicate none were iiurt seriously.
