Invitation For Bids
1. Sealed bid* will be received by the Warren County-Front R°T»I Recreation Association on tbe second floor of tbe City Hall, Front Royal, Virginia at 2 P.M., Eastern Standard Time, Monday, May IS, 1950 and tbore publicly openod and read immediately tbereafter 'for tbe construction of a portion of tbe Bing Crosby Stadium.
'2. .Said plans and specifications may be obtained from L. 1. Poe, Architect, Courthouse Square, Front Royal, Virginia. A deposit °* f°p each sot of ]>lans will be required of each bidder which1 will be refunded only to bona fide bidders upon return of plans and specifications within 15 days after May 15th.
3. All bids must be accompanied by certified check or bidder’s bond in the amount of 10% of the total bid made payable to the Warren County-Frent Royal Recreation Association.
4. No bid may be withdrawn for a period of 30 days.
5. Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive all informalities.
