And an affidavit having been made and filed that the defendants, Aleinda Marie Piehler, John Andrews Piehler, Rachel Wood Piehler, Mildred Wood Maney, Robert Earl Maney, Rachel Jean* ette Maney, Mildred Earl Maney, and Jaequelin Maney are not residents of the State of Virginia, and that the unborn children of Rachel Wood Piehler, the unborn children of Mildred Wood Maney, the unborn issue of Rachel Wood Piehler, the unborn issue of Mildred Wood Maney, the unknown heirs of Rachel Wood Piehler, the unknown heirs of Mildred Wood Mapey, the unknown heirs of Alcinda Marie Piehler, the unknown heirs of Rachel Jeanette Maney, the unknown heirs of Mildred Earl Maney, the unknown heirs of Jacquelin Maney, the unknown heirs of the unborn children of Rachel Wood Piehler, the unknown heirs of the unborn children of Mildred Wood Maney, persons unknown or persons yet to be born or created are unknown and their whereabouts and post office addresses are unknown, and that there are or may be persons in-, terested in the subject to be divided or disposed of whose names and addresses are unknown, it is ordered that they do appear within ten days after-due publication hereof, and do what may be nec, essary to protect their interest in this suit. And it is further ordered that a copy hereof be pubr lished once a week for four successive weeks in the Rappahannock News, a newspaper published in Rappahannock County, Virginia, that a copy be, posted at the,frpnt door of. the court house of Rappahannock 'County, Vir> ginia, trithin ten* days after the entry, of. this order of publication, and that the Clerk mail, a copy * hereof to each of -the said defendants to the post office addresses given in the affidavit herein within ten days after the entry of this order of publication and file a certificate of the fact in the papers of this case.
