Clyde Baggarly Resigns

The Federal Trade Commission has announced the resignation of F. Clyde Baggarly, Director and Chief, Bureau of Trial, to become effective within the next few weeks. He will resume the private practice of law with associates in Washington, D. C.
Mr. Baggarly has had an extensive government service and is recorded in the current issue of Who’s Who as having served as Special Assistant to the Attorney General; government attorney for Board of Contact Adjustment, War Department, was later appointed member of board by the Secretary of War, and appeals board engaged in adjudication of war contracts; attorney for the Federal Real Estate Board and attorney for the .Select Committee, United States Senate investigating the coal industry.
