Spooky PUy To Be
Given At Sperryville *
A “spooky” comedy, “Hobgoblin House,” will tbe presented at Sperryville school auditorium Friday night, November 17, at 7:30. A comunity sing will precede the play for 20 minutes, and there will be musical numbers between the acts.
Here is a play that is different. The Hobgoblin House is crawling with headless women, ghosts, insane maniacs, screaming skulls, decapitated heads, and loVe. It is advised, because' of the spooky nature of this play, that all children sit with their parents. Jt is not the intention of the cast to scare anyone to death—just cause goose pimples.
This play is sponsored by the Susan Wood Missionary Society of Reynolds Memorial church. The cast has worked long and hard to make this an outstanding'production for your entertainment.
Eddie Daniel Wright
Eddie Daniel Wright, 64, of Washington, died-Thursday, November 2, at Sibley hospital, in Washington, D. C., following a long period of failing health.
Funeral services were held at Roanoke on Monday, November 6.
Mr. Wright is survived by his wife, Mrs. Roberta Alice Wright, and five daughters and five eons: Mr*. Mildred Wilson, Mrs. Virginia Davis, Mrs. Helen Rullman, Mrs. Lena Killingbeck, and Mrs. Fa'nny Howlin; George W., John W., Cliffton W., David W., and Charles W. Wright, all of Washington, D. C.
