Brinkley To Speak

At VPI Conference

The need for pest control operators' law will toe discussed by: Virginia’s commissioner commissioner of agriculture, Parke C. Brikley, at the regional pest control operators’ short course at V. P.I. in November.

Brinkley’s address is scheduled for November 15. The short course will open November 14, and will last through Thursday afternoon, November 16.

Another speaker, Harry Essick, ’ of the U. S. Public Health Service at Atlanta, Ga., will discuss “Insecticides as Health Hazards,” at the opening sessions on Tuesday morning, November 14.
