Mrs. R. L. Cheatham entertain* ed the bridge club at her home, , “Mountain Green,” last Tuesday, having as her guests Mr. and I^rs. J. E. Keyser, Jr., Mr. and Mrs. E. M. Jones, Mrs. John R. DeBergh, Mrs. Alfred Hickman, Capt. and Mrs. Henry Warwick, Dr. and Mrs. John Snead, Mr. and Mrs. Rayner Snead, Mr. and Mrs. R, E. Wood, and Mr. and Mrs. William Moffett. Mrs. Warwick and Mrs. DeBergh were awarded high prizes. Gene Wood and Mrs. John Snead won trick prizes for, picking up apples blind-folded, and Mrs. Hickman and Gene Wood were awarded lpw prizes.
