An area fruit growers meeting will be held March 2 at Sperryvilltf, beginning. at 9 o’clock in the morning. All demonstrations and display* will be from 9 to 11 o'clock in the morning.

_ Miss Gladys B. Reid, a freshman at Madison College, Harrisonburg, is on the Dean’s List, according to an announcement by Miss Helen Frank, registrar for the college. Of the entire enroll" ment at Madison, only 109 students attained grades entitling them to a place on the dean’s list.

William F. Fox
William F. Fox, 90, died February 16, at the Newton D. Baker hospital, Martihsburg, West Virginia, where he had been a patient tor some weeks. Funeral ' services were held Wednesday, (February 21, in Boston,. Mass v r Mr. Fox, son of the late Kate Travel Fox and William Fox, was bora id' Washington, and spent his early years here.'
