Castleton Home Demonstration meeting will be held at the home of Mrs. John Woodard, February 27 at .10 a.m. This will be an allday meeting and each person is - asked to bring a covered dish. The demonstration will be on “Hammered Aluminum and Copper Trays.”

Reager 4-H Club. will meet at the school, March 1 at 10 a.m.

Washington No. 2 4-H Club will meet at the school March 1 at 2:30 p.m.

Sperryvilie No. t 4-H Club will meet at the school March 2 at 11 p.m.

Mrs. George Brown was hostess to the Sperryville Home Demonstration Club February 13. A demonstration was given to the grbup on “How to Make Martha Washeveryone

present agreed that this is a very, easy type candy to make and not too expensive. A box of it makes* a grand present for any occassion.

Amissville H.D. Club held a very nice meeting last Wednesday at the home of Mrs. Les Walters. It was decided at this meeting to hold a rummage sale in March to make funds for the club. After the short business meeting a demonstration on '“Sandwich Spreads”-'was given by the Home Agent. The hostess served coffee nad delicious cake . . . along with the sandwiches this made most delightful refreshments.

A large house furnishings leader training meeting was held at the Washington Fire House February 15.* Miss Ruth Jamison, House Furnishings Specialist of VPI was present and gave three excellent demonstrations ort “The Part Walls Play in Living Room Color Schemes and Wall Finishes,” ’Things to Look for in Living Room Chairs and Rugs,” and “Arrangement of Living Room Furniture and Furnishings.” The following women attended from Rappahannock, this does not include the 14 women from Page county that attended the meeting:

This club really went to town on “Btencfling Cloth.” Nine lunch- , eon cloths were completed at this meeting and eight napkins. The finished products were all wy pretty and attractive.
