College student* who ore satisf*ctorily pursuing * full time cound of instruction at a "college, university, or similar Institution 'Of learning, when ordered to report for induction, can, upon the facts being presented to his local board, have his induction postponed. Such postponement will continue until the end of the current academic year, or until he ceases to satisfactorily pursue such course, whichever is earlier, according to State headquarters for selective service.
In accordance with latest word, “until the end of the' current academic year,” is interpreted to mean “the current school year” rather than semester or half year. Local boards have been eo informed.
If a* registrant’s class or curriculum is altered during the year it does not change his postponement. A registrant may even graduate at midterm yet his post
