Mrs. Lester Burke was in charge of the worship service “Colorful Promise in Heaven,” followed by the business session, after which Mrs. Matilda Walker lead a roundtable discussion on "The Health of the American Indian/* assisted by Mrs. Mabel Racer and Mrs. Flythe. Rev. N. J. Flythe, Sarah and Mary Flythe and Neville Wood joined the group for a most delightful social hour.
Entertain At Bridge
Mrs. George Taylor entertained the bridge club at her home Tuesday evening, having as her guests Mrs. C. H. H. Branch, Mrs. Carroll Menefee, Mrs. Z. H. Sealock, Mrs. R. E. Wood, Miss Louise O’Bannon, Mrs. Joe Henry Ayior, Mrs. P. Lee Thornton, Mrs. R. M. Menefee, Mrs. John P. Snead, Mrs. R. G. Quaintance, Mrs. Billy Kilby, Mrs. John Davis, and Mrs. Fred Schaefer. Prizes were won by Mrs. Menefee, high, and Mrs Charles Estes, traveling.
Bridge Supper Party
Mr. and Mrs. Robert Mercer Menefee entertained a few of their friends for supper and bridge Saturday evening. Among the guests were Mr. and Mrs. John Davis, Mr. and Mrs. Lucio Kilby and Mr. and Mrs. Irving Kilby.
