Miss Jenkins was accompanied to Washington, D.C., by her sister, Mrs. Alvin Jenkins.

Cpl. Charles W. Compton, who recently returned from Korea,

The regular meeting of the Missionary Society of Washington Baptist church was held Tuesday yrtemoon, September ,18, with 11 members and one visitor present. The subject, “Parallel Progress is Stewardship,” was conducted by Mrs. Frank Jones and Mrs. Lewis Turner. After the regular meeting, a special program was given in the form of a quiz and information.
