Birthday Party
Mrs. James William Fletcher entertained a group of youngsters at "Thornton Hill” on Saturday afternoon in honor of her daughter “Bucky”, who was celebrating her sixth birthday anniversary. Those invited were Ray, Dana, and Sam Snead, Alice and Nancy Wood, John and Bobby O’Bannon, Mary Lou, Ann, Tisha, and Susan Davis, Peachy and David Lyne, Edna Yates and Susan Schaefer, Judy Hawkins, Tish and Tim Kilby, Louanne and Jim Miller, Mrs. J. J. Miller, John Lee Taylor, Joe and Ann Yates Aylor, Frank Jarvis and Bummy Thornton. Games were played and refreshments were served by the hostess, and each child was given a favor.
