The second step to easy irqfiing is the arrangement of equipment. Since most women work from right to left, the arrangement should be planned in this order. The electric outlet should be at the right and on the far side of the board from the worker. The cord should come down from above for efficient use of the iron.
The basket of sprinkled clothes should be placed on a cart chair or table at the right of the boards within easy reach of the ironer. A table or rack for ironed clothes at the left within easy reach of the worker, completes the ironing unit.
