Eastham—Hughes
Mr. and Mrs. Puller Hughes of “Horse Shoe Farm,” Rappahannock, have announced the marriage of their daughter, Miss Margaret Hughes, to Dabney McGee Eastham, son of Mrs. Fannie Eastham and the late Edwin Eastham of “East Hamlet,” Flint Hill.
The wedding took place Saturday, September 15, in Roanoke at the home of Mr. Eastham’s uncle and aunt, Rev. and Mrs. Richard Pullen. Rev.\ Pullen performed the ceremony.
Mr. and Mrs. Eastham will make their home at “Horse Shoe Farm” for the present.

Payne—Latham
Mr. and Mrs. Armstead Clifford Latham of Amissville have announced the marriage of their daughter, Mary Miller, to William Luther Payne, son of Mr. and Mrs. Luther Payne of Washington.
The wedding took place Friday, September 14, at Rockville, Md.
Both Mr. &nd Mrs. Payne are graduates of Washington High School, Class of 1943.
Mrs. Payne is a graduate of Strayers Business College and is employed as bookkeeper at the Rappahannock National Bank.
Mr. Payne is connected with Payne Motor Company of Washington.
