Elder and Mrs. J. Harvey Daily left Monday for a western motor trip which will include visits in Iowa, Illinois, and Indiana, where Elder Daily will hold services at the various Primitive Baptist churches. Mrs.. Albert Burke who suffered a broken leg some time ago, has had the cast removed and is improving nicely at her home at Woodville. - Mr. and Mrs. Kenneth Simpson of Front Royal were guests recently of Mr. and Mrs. Aubrey H. Keyser at “The Oaks."
Guests over the week end of Mrs. Virginia M. Lewis were Miss Ruth C. Menefee and George Effren of Washington, D.C., and Mr. and Mrs. Robert Hudson and two children, John Robert, Jr., and Sueilen. While Mr. and Mrs. Hudson are attending a council meeting this week in Roanoke, little Miss Sueilen is staying with her aunt, Mrs. Lewis.
