The spontaneous acceptance of the Clean-Up Campaign, both last year and this year, by the people of the community show their interest and pride in the appearance' of the First Washington of All. Both the community and Highway Department should be congratulatl ed on their combined efforts of improvement to present a pleasing appearance to the visitors in this section during Virginia Garden Week.
