NOTICE:
To any and all creditors, heirs at law, legatees or distributees of the estate of Edward C. Dearing, deceased.
Your undersigned Assistant Commissioner of Accounts of the Circuit Court of Rappahannock County, Virginia, who has before him for settlement the accounts of Edward H. Bailey, Administrator of the es» tate of Edward C- Dearing, deceased, and at the request of said Administrator, by Counsel, and pursuant ti Title 64, Section 161 of the Code of Virginia for 1950, has fixed upon Saturday, May 17th, 1952 as the time, and my office in the Town of Washington, Virginia as the place, between the hours of 10:00 o’clock A-M. and 5:00 o’clock P.M. for re' ceiving proof of debts and demands against the estate of Edward C. Dearing, deceased. Any and all persons interested in the settlement of said estate will appear before said
vouchers and evidence as will enable the said Commissioner to make settlement of and report to the Court the accounts aforesaid. If for any cause the proceedings be not corn*., menced, or if commenced, be not concluded on said date, the same will be adjourned from day to day, at the same time and place, between the same hours, until the same shall be completed. Given under my hand this 21st day of April, 1952.
