(Tis a terrible thing to be reminded constantly of one’s shortcomings. ) _ One of the members of the Ladies’ Town Council of “The First Washington of Them All” has pointed out (vehemently) that a certain editorial entitled “Garden Spots” of three weeks back lauded the attributes of the numerous communities of Rappahannock county and omitted the nowfamous county seat.
