BRIDGE PARTY Mrs. Elizabeth H. DeBergh entertained the Washington Bridge Club at her home, “Harris Hollow Farm,” Saturday-evening. Her guests were Mrs. Lewis Turner, Mrs. B. M. Miller Mrs. J. W. Price, Mrs. D. D. Miller, Mrs. R. L. Massie, Mrs. Lock Burford, Mrs. A. M. Hickman and Mrs. Charles Bruce. After the game a delightful salad course was served by the hostess and prizes were awarded.
Mr. and Mrs. Jack Woodward and Miss Corrie Scroggins of Washington, D. C. spent the weekend with their parents, Mr. and Mrs. Edwin Scroggins.
Mrs. Edwin Scroggins and Edwin Scroggins Jr. spent Monday in Winchester.
BIRTHDAY DINNER
Mr. and Mrs. C. B. Wood and Miss Ruth Stevens entertained at a birthday dinner on Sunday in the honor of Mrs. Oliver Smith's birthday, in the home of Mrs. C. B. Wood.
