Mr. and Mrs. R. Desha Lucas Jr. of Richmond were dinner guests on Saturday of Mr.# Lucas's aunt, Mrs. W. F. Moffett.
Mr. and Mrs. Upton Weakley were guests on Saturday of Mr. and Mrs. Harrison Hitt and Mrs. Lula Brown of Culpeper.
Mr. and Mrs. J. Stant Weaver had as their house guests during the Easter holiday, Mr. and Mrs. R. L. Payne'of Washington, D. C., Wayne Butler and Misses Phyllis and Lynn Updike spent Monday and Monday night with Miss Shirley Weaver.
Mr. and Mrs. Upton Weakley were Sunday dinner guests of Mr. and Mrs. Gilbert Updjjce in the afternoon Mr. and Mrs. Updike motored to Gordonsville to the Trail End hatchery.
James R. Nethers was taken on Saturday to the University of Virginia hospital for treatment.
W. F. Moffett Jr. carried his family, Mrs. Moffett, Frank, Page and Ann Carter to Pohick Rectory on Thursday where they spent Easter with Mrs. Moffett’s parents, Rev. and Mrs. Buxton. Mr. Moffett returned to Pohick on Sunday to spend the day with his family and they returned with him on Sunday afternoon.
