On behalf of Rappahannock I would like to apologize to a gentleman from the Health Department who appeared before the Wednesday session of the Board of Supervisors and attempted to explain the reason for the increase in the money required from the local government, for the maintenance of a health department in ' Rapahannock. He was so rudely interrupted and dismissed by the chairman that I’m sure that his impression of us is anything but good. Our apologies to you, sir. This behavior isn’t typical of Rappahannock citizens, I hasten to add.
