at the front door of the Court House for Rappahannock County, Virginia, that tract of land with buildings thereon containing 176 acres more or less and being on both sides of the turnpike leading from Mount Lebanon to Woodville, Virginia and being the same land conveyed to Joseph F. Berry by three deeds hereinafter describecl:
