The Variety Show of February 26 proved very delightful and enjoyable because of the cooperation and participation of Miss C. A. Williams and her pupils and patrons from Scrabble School and Mrs. Geneva De Vane and pupils and patrons from Flint Hill School. Many thanks to Miss Williams and Mrs. De Vane arid the public.
Will Timbers, a patient in the University of Virginia hospital, is not doing so well. He was operated on Wednesday at 10 o’clock. Mildred Timbers, Henry Clanagan, and Ethel Bailey motored to Charlottesville to be with Mr. Timbers during the operation.
Mrs. Cornelia Perry oj Baltimore is motoring home today due to illness of her mother and father.
Mrs. Jacola Powell and Mrs. M. M. Deering attended services at Hume, Va., on Sunday.
