Mr. and Mrs. W. C. Campbell of “Twinland” entertained for the Cargill-Lea wedding, Miss E. M. Gray, soloist‘at the ceremony and the brides maids, the Misses Betty Fuller, Frances Ferguson, and “Dot” Banter, the maid bf honor, Miss Dorothy Cargll, sister of the groom, and also Missees Ann Harrison and Emily Gunn. Mrs. Otto Paulson of Minnesota and Veverly Paulson of N. Dakota arrived at “Twinland” on Wednesday for a visit of several days. Friday, Mrs. Paulson left for Warwick, where she will visit her son and daughter-in-law, Mr. and Mrs. John Paulson. a
Miss Louise Strother Miller and Dick Dorr of Criglersville and the University of Virginia were weekend guests of' Mr. and Mrs. C. J. Miller of Millermead. Other guests in the Miller home were Rev. and Mrs. W. T. Waterhouse and daughter, Jean Mary of Washington, N. C. The Millers and their guests attended the Cargill-Lea wedding Saturday afternoon.
Mr. and Mrs. W. A. Miller of Mt. Prospect entertained the groom, John Cargill and his best man, Bob Glazier of Washington and Lee and Chatham, N. J. Douglas Grimsley was a weekend guest of her cousin, Earnest Eubank.
