WJ5.C.S. Meets

The Woman’s S(ociety of Christian Service regular monthly meeting for March was held in the home of Mrs. J. R. Devers on Wednesday evening. The president led the devotional after the group singing "Love Lifted Me”. A short business session followed. The main feature of the evening was a most intending talk by Rev. H. G. Thach on "Kinds of Love.” There were ten members and five visitors present. During the social hour the hostess served delicious refreshments \gssistd by her daughter, Miss Mar-, garet Ann Devers and Miss Betty Taylor Bruce.

Garden Club To Meet

The Rappahannock . Garden Club will meet Wednesday, March 31, with Mrs. L. J. Kilby. Mrs. George Davis . is in charge of the program, the subject being, Charleston Gardens and the exhibits, “Breath of Spring,” a composition.

Revival Begins, March 21st “Life Situation Preaching” and “Good CHd Fashion Hymn Singing” will highlight the Revival beginning at the Sperryville Methodist church, Sunday, March 21 at 7:30 jun. H. G.
